Shipping policy
Most of our items are hand embroidered and therefore have a production time delay. Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for your orders to be shipped. If you require a rush order please contact us at hi@deardarlingcollection.com, however this is not always possible and additional charges may apply.
All post is sent via Australia Post and tracking details are provided to you in your email when the product has been shipped to you. Please check your email spam folder if you have not received communication from us in the expected timeframe.
