I'm currently a 1 woman show, so due to the time-intensive nature of hand embroidery, turn around is on average 2-3 weeks. This may vary depending on order quantity and timing. Feel free to contact me if you need a rush order hi@deardarlingcollection.com. 

Since our knits are hand embroidered, to ensure they stand the test of time, we recommend a cool, delicate cycle wash inside out or in a delicates bag. Once clean, hang or lay flat to dry. Do not wash with abrasive items (such as sequins or velcro) that may snag the jumper. Do not tumble dry. Dear Darling Collection is not responsible for damage caused to items from not following care instructions.

All of our jumpers are made from cotton! My kids don't tolerate itchy or scratchy fabric, so neither should yours! We choose cotton because it's a breathable, natural fibre, suitable for year-round wear in the Australian climate. 

All jumper designs are my handwriting/ hand-sketched. By default, jumpers are written in my cursive, though capitalised, block lettering or stylised lettering is available on request; send me an email so we can discuss hi@deardarlingcollection.com

To hand embroider the personalised name knits, I first mark the jumper with an air erasable marker to plan out the placement. While it does usually evaporate immediately, sometimes you may see small texta marks. These will wash out on your first wash!
