Refund policy

The utmost care is taken when creating your order and due to the personalised nature of Dear Darling products, we do not offer return or exchange for change of mind purchases. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you believe the order you have received is incorrect or faulty, please contact us at hi@deardarlingcollection.com within 7 days of receiving your products, with the details of your order so we can help to resolve your issue. 

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
